Condensing technology up to 314 kW

The Vitocrossal 300 CT3B is a gas condensing boiler with Inox-Crossal heat exchanger and MatriX radiant burner. The burner delivers an output of up to 314 kW and adjusts its heat generation from 30 to 100 percent as required, to save energy. Further features include particularly quiet, economical and environmentally responsible operation.

Alternatively, the boiler is also available factory fitted with ELCO or Weishaupt pressure-jet gas burners. The design of the heat exchanger in the Vitocrossal 300 enables high output levels, yet retaining modest dimensions and a low weight. To facilitate handling, the condensing boiler can be delivered in two sections.

Convenient Vitotronic control unit

System users and contractors benefit equally from the easy-to-use Vitotronic control unit: as the structure of its menu is logical and clearly laid out and the unit is backlit, rich in contrast and easy to read.If in doubt, a help function informs users of the next steps to perform. The graphic user interface also displays heating curves and solar yield if a solar thermal system is connected.

The Vitocrossal 300, type CT3B is a floorstanding gas condensing boiler with Inox-Crossal heat exchanger surface. The Vitocrossal 300 gas condensing boilers are available ex works with ELCO or Weishaupt gas forced draught burners.

Advanced condensing technology

The design of the Inox-Crossal heat exchanger surfaces enables high outputs of the Vitocrossal 300 while maintaining moderate dimensions and low weight. In addition, the Vitocrossal 300 can be delivered disassembled into two parts, which facilitates installation.

The highly effective heat transfer and high condensation rate enable standard efficiency levels of up to 98 % (Hs). These high standard efficiency levels are achieved by the crossflow principle of heating gas and boiler water, as well as the intensive swirling of the heating gases through the heating surface.

With the Vitocrossal 300, the second return connection enables a particularly favorable hydraulic connection for the utilization of condensing technology.
